Good tips for people Doing this, after looting 30 ~ Chests and testing i came to the conclusion.
You can only loot a chest once every 20 minutes.
1. Put a stopwatch on ingame after looting a chest for 20min.
2. If you get Bounty, just relog, then you are no longer flagged as bounty on the map. (You will keep the assasin buff to loot chests) (Only works for Horde players), Thanks to Chlouck for pointing that out
3. Join LFG's search for ''Sup'' turned out perfect for me.
4. If you die with assasin, it should be easy to join any Nazjatar pvp groups and just get 10 kills and back on it again.

Why do Blizzard keep doing these achievements thats just brutal, not fun or engaging. Just a big FU you collectors.
Just for clarification, there is no 20 min timer on looting this. It just flat resets at xx:00 and xx:30, so if you loot one at say 12:29 and another at 12:31 both will count. Use the macro already posted in other comments:
/run canNotLoot=C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(56792); if canNotLoot then e="\124cffff0000not eligible\124r" else e="\124cff00ff00eligible\124r"; end print(format("You are %s to loot the Nazjatar Supply Chest",e))For me it reset around xx:00:30 and xx:30:30, so not exactly on the minute.
