This achievement is pretty straight forward; just don't stand in the lightning. A blue ring will appear around the pole which the lightning is about to hit, standing in that will not fail the acheivement, and there is about 3-5 seconds after the warning until the lightning surges.

This achievement makes me wish I could solo scenarios.
I just did it and nobody got hit by lighting.. I would know as I have the addon that tracks when people mess up...
And we didnt get it. BUG?
