To anyone who was wondering, this achievement does not actually need you to kill some mounted enemy on Field of Strife, but to get a honorable kill from one. Meaning you will most likely get this if you hang few seconds in FoS at the start of the game.

In Alterac Valley, kill an enemy in the Field of Strife before they dismount.

Also in reference to real-life sickly gazelles, who are frequently singled out and quickly killed by predatory animals, usually wild cats. Seems to happen to sickly zebras a lot too.
If you hex the person, it still counts as him mounted, therefore you can hex and kill and still get the achievement.
