I've ran this Delve a handful of times now, and only ever gotten Strange Disturbances as far as stories go. Not sure if this is a bug, or bad RNG, or if I have to do something to trigger the other stories.
Edit 10/14/2024...I finally got the Tortured Hostages storyline today.
