Three Minutes or It's Free

To be able to get the Three Minutes or It's Free achievement you need to deliver the [item=200949] item to [npc=191416] at 38.43, 68.24 in Valdrakken within three minutes! When you hand her the item, the rare [npc=191305] will become active, which can drop the [item=200999] toy.

Keep in mind that the Gleamfish can be available when Vaargo is not spawned, so make sure you check that she's up before you go to the Azure Span to collect the Gleamfish.

I made it from the Gleamfish up to Vaargo with fully maxed Dragonriding in about one minute, if you wanna fly yourself.
You can not use your [item=6948], but you can use the [spell=374990] spell where Vaargo is, fly and pick up the fish (stay mounted) and then use it again to instantly teleport back to her.

It should be noted that the Rare is not always up.

An extremely EASY way to get this achievement is use your dragon ability Bronze Timelock to save your position where Patient Vaargo is fishing. You can then fly to the Case of Fresh Gleamfish at 45.63, 54.82 and loot it while still mounted (important that you stay mounted!)

Use your Bronze Rewind and it will immediately teleport you back to the rare, talk to Vaargo and give him the fish and it will activate - and give you this achievement!

I don't know if it has to do with the Catalogue WQ that's up, but after having done it, I saw that Vaargo was up. Flew to Azure Span, got the fish, flew back (in around 1 min) and tried to turn them in.
I was unable to interact with Vaargo and turn in the fish. No way to interact. Tried using interact key as well, but still nothing. Very frustrating!
