For players attempting this at level 100 - two notes:
1. You still need 8 guild members in the raid for it to count.
2. Dark Animus is having some issues (it seems like one of his abilities didn't get stat squished properly?) - we finally got it when we had the hunter and warlock each take a small batch with tanking pets, and the main tank just picked up Dark Animus and kited like crazy.
