To the Nines

You must have 2 people with stacks at all times or it will auto-dispell.

To the Nines is one of the easier achievements in the meta. You must DPS Kyra and Signe to 10% health, this will summon [npc=175726] to the encounter. [npc=175726] will periodically mark three players with [spell=350541]. Do not dispell them, have them goto the center of the room with a healer. After three cast you should have nine total [spell=350541] buffs on the raid.

You must carefully dispell the each player with [spell=350541] to get all nine on the same person. When dispelled they jump to the closest person. Once all nine are on the same person dispell them and they will coalesce into a [spell=350555]. Then you just kill the boss.

I was able to duo this with a friend. I'm an 80 Hunter (ilvl 610), and he's an 80 druid (ilvl 607). Not sure if it matters, but I had my pets dismissed until it was time for me to finish off the boss. We basically nuked Kyra and Signe, slowly damaged Skyja while standing next to each other until we both got 5 stacks of Fragments of Destiny, then he jumped off of the platform which transferred all of the fragments to me. At that point the Shard of Destiny dropped and I was able to finish off Skyja for the achievement. This is most likely doable as a duo of fresh 80's as well. We took very little damage during the whole encounter.
