Just grinded this out w/ a buddy on an opposite faction toon, notes:
- You can be in a party w/ your buddy and can kill them, but since you're in a party, it won't yield honor, so it won't count towards assassin. Do not be in a party with your target for this achieve.
- You get assassin after 10 consecutive kills without dying. You do not immediately get a bounty after getting assassin. We had to wait between 3 and 7 minutes after getting assassin for Ruffious to announce the bounty.
- Go to each zone's PVP free for all (FFA) area's spirit reser. Normal spirit resers will only res you when asked, and give you the honorless buff. FFA spirit resers res anyone near them every 30s. That 30s res is going to be a lot faster than the corpse res timer of 2 minutes that you get after a few repeated deaths.
- After you res from the spirit reser, cast something or mount to remove [spell=222201] that makes you invisible and immune, so that your buddy can see you.
- Click off defensive buffs that may pop passively like turtle shell.
- If it's your turn to die, set up a "naked" armor set so you're easier to kill.
