Warcraft Rumble Minis, Get 'Em All!

I recently opened a ticket about the "Warcraft Rumble Minis, Get 'Em All!" achievement, because the foils in Stormwind are not visible to me even after following every guide.

GM X was actually helpful. He explained that the foil bags might be a little off from guide locations — maybe behind objects or slightly moved after recent updates. He asked me which spots I checked and were ready to help me track them down.

I followed their advice and continued the ticket, but still couldn’t see the foils.

Then GM Y replied, and instead of building on GM X’s help, He just threw me a Wowhead guide link I had already followed. It honestly felt like they didn’t even bother reading my ticket.

After pushing again, GM Z told me this is a known bug the developers are working on and asked me to submit a bug report.

Three different GM dealing with one ticket, if you are lucky you get help if not you dont get help, just to close the ticked you get an advice to submit a bug report.

EDIT: new GM responded and adviced me to do some quests with my alliance alt in stormwind because foils might be phase out (foils are there, on the capital cities there is no bug, might be a bug on other areas but not on capital cities), but this is not likely because my main character is in horde side, I dont think I am suppose to have an alliance character to collect foils in Stormwind

After I tried everything, I made a ticket...
I couldn't understand why I was having problems completing.
