As of Dec 2024 during a content patch, very few Rumble coins and or foils are actually visible. So if you have come here for help, your best bet is 'apparently' to submit a bug request.
The Coins I could find (on a fresh account tested in Feb 2025) are:
Stormwind Docks (coin)
Orgrimmar Inn (coin)
Valdrakken Inn (coin & foil)I was unable to find any others outlined on the Wowhead Guide

Same, I'm supposed to have 3 more foils available (2 in Stormwind and 1 in Waking Shores) but they aren't where they should be. I definitely haven't looted them and they are showing as available on the script, so this is 100% a bug. I raised a ticket and was told to submit a bug report, but seeing as there are much bigger issues in the game, I doubt this will ever get fixed... so frustrating, this worked totally fine until a few patches ago!
lets all sumit a fresh bug report on this. they are so slow in fixing this.
