There are waves of adds that must be tanked and killed with bombs. Have your healer focus on your tank while your dps avoid fire and attack the Amberwing when he flies down. You must kill the Sik'thik Amberwing before the boss reaches the stairs and engages. Once the boss hits the top of the platform, the Sik'thik Amberwing does not fly into range. He flies down a total of four times, and no more.

Defeat Commander Vo'jak after having killed the Sik'thik Amberwing in Siege of Niuzao Temple on Heroic Difficulty.
