For those that didn't get it, he's refering to a typo in the acheivement. "Winterspring Frostsaber Obtain a Winterspring Frosaber."
There's a humanoid tiger mob hiding in the woods near Frostsaber Rock that sells swords with an onequip function "Gives the wielder a poofy hairdo." (No, not really :)
