Birthday event just occurred, reward for logging in is "Baby Blizzard Bear" a non-combat pet.
If you log in on November 23rd, 2008 you will get this achievement. If you were already logged in when the new day began, you will have to log out and log in again or change zone to get it. Once you get the achievement you will recieve a mail from the WoW Dev Team containing the following message and a Baby Blizzard Bear mini-pet!
