TheWoWDBI just had this world quest bug out, where my quest progress was indefinitely stuck at 3/20 and would not go up, even though I was looting more fragments. I logged out and back in, and killed one more mob. I looted fragments from the corpse, and my progress jumped to 20/20 instantly. So, if you get this problem, relog, or maybe just have faith and keep killing/looting while assuming it's still adding up.

Summon Your Sins is located north-west of Halls of Atonement flight point.
Collect [item=180283] from [npc=170293], [npc=160716] or pick up from the ground.
After you collect 20 [item=180283] choose one of the Catalysts from the table.
Choose the Catalyst of Power then speak with Alchemist Leticia to get [item=180376].
It will summon Amalgamation of Sin for Adventurer of Revendreth achievement./way 65.86 29.08 Catalysts

- First get [item=180282] this is droping from 2 mobs [npc=160716] and [npc=170293] as well you can pick from [object=353655].
- Then go to 65.9 29.4 inside bulding and on left side you will see [object=353652] press on it. After that speak with NPC on right side and when conversation will finish WQ is done.Hope that help You :).
