General info:
He gets more HP and attacks buff, when he is objective of the world quest.
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1-2 min max)
On first kill drops [currency=1220] and sometimes [item=138839]
[item=138839] can be buffed with [item=139390]

A rare level 100 mechanical who patrols counter clockwise in the Twilight Vineyards in Suramar. He has the same appearance as other NPCs the Suramar Guardians who are level 110s in the area.
On 5/13/16 he was a level 100 around all level 110s.
Along with dropping the [item=140404], he also dropped x70[currency=1220] and a gray item.

The [item=140404] rewarded me with 75x [currency=1155] as the tooltip indicated.
According to wowhead user Voxxel, Ancient Mana is a Suramar-only currency mostly to train your withered army, for activating Leyline feeds and to water quest NPCs to keep them sane.
