I tried several different combos to beat this guy but all failed.

However, today I tried using a rare lvl 23 [npc=63062] and a rare lvl 21 [npc=63064] that I caught in Valley of Four Winds. Using [petability=228] and [petability=566] good against Undead and [petability=158] good against Dragonkin his pets just melted. I didn't even need to use my third pet.

I recommend this as an easy way to defeat this guy. You could even catch a third Bandicoon just to be safe.

The pets you will be trying to defeat are :

[npc=66996] (Undead)
Abilities:
[petability=206] *Elemental Damage*
[petability=782] *Dragonkin Damage*
[petability=624] *Elemental Damage*

[npc=66997] (Dragonkin)
Abilities:
[petability=611] *Heal + Health Pool Increase*
[petability=612] *Dragonkin Damage*
[petability=503] *Elemental Damage*

[npc=66620] (Undead)
Abilities:
[petability=214] *Undead Damage*
[petability=393] *Dragonkin Damage*
[petability=657] *Undead Damage*

There are several comps listed in this forum that people found useful and worked for them. I will use my own comp for this post. This does not mean that my comp is the best comp to use. However, it did work well for me.
I will list the enemy pet and what pet with abilities I used to defeat each pet.

[npc=66996] (Undead)
Used - [npc=63096] (Critter) Rare 25
Abilities:
[petability=626] *Critter Damage*
[petability=706] *Critter Damage*
[petability=573] *Self Heal*
I used [petability=706] first, then I used [petability=626] twice. This was enough to get [npc=66996] to his first death at which point I used [petability=573] seeing how [npc=66996] was going to die anyway.

[npc=66997] (Dragonkin)
Used: [npc=61905] (Undead) Rare 25
Abilities:
[petability=210] *Undead Damage*
[petability=212] *Undead Damage with Heal*
[petability=650] *Undead Damage with Root*
Once [npc=66996] died, I did not swap pets. I let [npc=63096] stay out until it died. I then brought [npc=61905] out. On this fight I just kept [petability=212] up at all times and used [petability=210] as a filler. I never did use [petability=650]

[npc=66620] (Undead)
Used: [npc=61312] (Aquatic) Rare 25
Abilities:
[petability=356] *Beast Damage*
[petability=511] *Heal over Time*
[petability=310] *Damage Reduction*
I left [npc=61905] out on this battle until it finally died before bringing out [npc=61312]. By this time [npc=66620] only had 257 HP. I put up [petability=310] and [petability=511] then I used [petability=356] twice and the battle was over.
VICTORY .............. finally

I did struggle with this battle several times before coming up with this comp.
