I spent over an hour farming [item=168139] from other sources and not a single one dropped. I then looked at more comments and saw [npc=143577] has a 100% chance to drop this item in Normal, Heroic, and Mythic 0.
Long story short: Don't waste your time farming this from anything other than [npc=143577].

Update: Still tamable on live now. BUT, you must have first found the "Simple Tome of Bone-Binding" before you can tame undead.
U can't just tame it as beastmaster,u need the actual SKILL to tame UNDEAD CREATURES
