This 123 lvl rare and will be hard to solo. With beginning gear you will probably also need a healer and maybe even a tank. It is basically a 5-men rare. But i was able to 3-men it with a healer. You can probably 2-men i, but it would take too much time. Hp pool and dmg is similar to some normal-heroic lvl boss.
It is just hard world quest rare, nothing more. No achievement, no extra loot or anything special.
