This is one of the recipes I used to level jewelcrafting with:
Citrine Ring of Rapid HealingSince I felt that Citrine was too expensive to get from the auction house, or most of the time it wasn't even available I went out and did a couple mining runs through The Hinterlands. You'll get a nice amount of Iron Ore and Mithril Ore, which both have a chance to prospect into Citrine.
You can also use the Solid Stone you get from the Mithril deposits for Solid Stone Statue.
