When you've passed The Seven, there's a path to your right that leads to the entrance of the Molten Core. There will be three Fireguard Destroyers standing right in front of you to prevent you from getting to the entrance. To the left of those three guards, there's a narrow path made of metal. Follow that path 'til you encounter a lone Fireguard Destroyer. Kill the elemental, and presto! You've got yourself a Black Forge, and a way to smelt the Dark Iron Ore.
