Still one of the best potions for end-game tanking. Lighter on the budget if you don't want to spend the money on Ancient Lichen.

These are indeed an alternative to Ironshield Potions, as the difference is rather small (I wouldn't say neglible). Stonescale Eels are more easily farmed than Ancient Lichen. Bought off the AH it could be that Stonescale Eels are still quite rare and expensive (realm dependant) though. Interestingly creating this potion can proc Potion Mastery.
