Had this dropped at the end of Level 3 [zone=15002] On a character without [skill=165] It binds on pickup, and it's not warbound, which makes me sad, and in need of a hug :)

Edit: It got patched. now you it's no longer bound on pickup.

Conclusion: Report bugs to Blizzard through the ingame system. It works :)

Yesterday evening this was BoP and I wasn't able to send it to an alt. This morning, I was about to vendor it and noticed that this was no longer the case. I was able to mail it to my alt (or i could have listed it on the AH.) Seems they changed it overnight.
