There doesn't seem to be any reason to keep these around anymore: the quiver made with them is obsolete, and the spells for which it is a reagent can be made free of cost with minor glyphs. But, if you're interested, as Vandett points out below, the Goretalon Roc drops 3-6 at a time, making it the best farming around. If you are too low level, you should head to the harpy cave in Thousand Needles at 27.3, 51.4 (due west of Freewind, south of the Great Lift). The harpies here respawn quickly.
