It sells for lots of money on AH
This potion has a 65% distance advantage to the new Draenic Swiftness potion (50% X 15 sec vs 70% x 8 sec.)
Example: If base speed is 100, then the old Swiftness potion allows a distance of 2250 (Distance = Speed X Time). Even though the new potion is faster, it lasts shorter, so the distance covered is only 1360.
The new Draeinc Swiftness potion also effects swim speed. However compared to the old swim speed potion it covers 25% less distance. (1600 compared to 2000)
In my experience, the tactical use of swiftness benefits more from the distance it covers than the speed, but that's just me.
