Wildvine is fairly expensive seeing as it's used to make the crafted Dreamweave cloth gear and crafted Wild Leather gear and the associated quests.
To use it in a potion that has a chance to restore 1 health and 1 mana (however small that chance is) would be quite foolish.
Probably the most unreliable potion in WoW history...
Amen to that, once I was tanking ZF on my pally when I was low I popped this and I was healed for 1 health and got 12 mana back.
