Raszageth and her Primalist forces seek to shatter the prisons that hold her siblings. As the battle begins, Raszageth uses Hurricane Wing to sweep her assailants from the central platform. Surging Ruiners Surge with lightning, draining the vault of its power. As the vault fails, Raszageth returns to the central platform and becomes the heart of a Raging Storm.
