Elven Housing Decor in WoW

Our WoW housing decor database holds 389 items under the Elven culture tag. That is 15% of the 2,526 decor items we list from the current game client, using the same category and tag names the in-game Decor Catalog filters on. Every row below is read from the game files, not typed in by hand.

By catalog category these items split as Accents (150), Furnishings (131), Structural (54), Lighting (32), Miscellaneous (8), Functional (3) and Nature (2). Categories are how the in-game catalog groups decor when you open it to shop for a room.

By size the tags read Tiny (20), Small (150), Medium (119), Large (73) and Huge (27). Size matters when you plan a layout, because large pieces take floor space and small ones fill gaps.

The most common style tags among these items are Elegant (150), Horde (70), Alliance (55), Lavish (42), Nature (42) and Magical (35). One decor item can carry more than one tag, so these counts overlap.

Of the 389 Elven items, 155 have at least one source we can name from the client files, and 234 do not. The unlabelled ones are mostly sold by vendors whose stock lives on Blizzard's servers rather than in the game files, so we leave them blank instead of guessing.

Every decor item has a placement cost in the game data, and a house can only hold so much of it. Across the 389 Elven items that carry a cost, the range runs from 1 to 100, with a median of 3 and an average of 2.7.
