This is a 100% moronic quest, who ever designed it should be fired. Its like that quest in Legion where you had to kill a harpy with super low HP and 10 min respawn.
Tried this today and I gave up. I'm not sitting there for 10 min for a mob to spawn that instantly gets tagged from opposing faction. Please fire whoever designed this.
