TheWoWDBThrow the bone at "Marrowgrub Nibbler" critters, which are found in packs of 3-5 in and around the eastern half of the Theater of Pain arena in Maldraxxus. The dog will run to retrieve the bone and then bigger Giant Marrowgrubs spawn that will drop the flesh needed for this quest.

Bugged out while flying to the maggots (the bone did'nt "pulse" to trigger the dog to eat them). Abandoning the quest and using a ground-mount to get there "fixed" it for me.

Description
Louison lent me Dog Bone to help uncover some marrowgrubs, but I'm busy here with the stoves. Could you be a dear and go hunting for me? Dog Bone loves to pounce on the smaller nibblers and makes a lot of noise doing it. That'll scare the larger marrowgrubs into making a run for it. That's when you'll need to make your move. Just use this bone to lure Dog Bone near the nibblers. Oh, and don't forget to harvest the flesh from the marrowgrubs! That's what you're really after.

This week it offered [item=181809] as an additional quest reward (T5 Stitchyard - for what its worth). Looking at the item notes though, it appears any of her quests can have it as an additional reward.
Adding as I see it asked often enough and true for all the cosmetic rewards from the abom quests: the cosmetic item rewards are listed on the quest page so you know when you pick up the quest. Since I'm exalted I pick and chose which to do and specifically look for any cosmetic rewards when checking the quests each week.
