TheWoWDBIf this quest gets bugged for you and there are no quest mobs to kill near your future mount pet, then go to:
/way 64.3, 45.7
There, you will find a Territorial Razorwing with a good old quest question mark on its mob icon.
When I killed it, quest got completed and completed quest appeared at the Warbeast Kraal.

I found the baby at (71,34.2)....which is where she's marked on the map....I killed the *Hungry Savagelands Juvenile* and that saved her. Scaletrader post is the closest flight location.
This one is tricky. The location changes. Check all of the waypoints in the other comments.
The key is there should be a Territorial Razorwing present with what looks like the body of some other dinosaur beneath it. Kill the Razorwing and the quest objective will be complete. Then return to the baby's pen for turn-in. Good luck!
