This quest is grinding my soul down. Every day you have to chase this guy down at some rando place and figure out "how to get there" in some cases. The only part that was fun was the kite. The rest... gatekeeping 100%.

This seems to also be the same quest as the variant to collect him from the Terrace of the Chosen. In that one he's at approximately /way 45.92 14.50. This is down a slope inside the building that is almost opposite Akunda's shrine. Building entrance is /way 47.64 13.33
