You can't leave the zone while in Ben's body. I wanted to see if I could go to Stormwind as a horde. You cannot. haha
If you try to drown Ben in the lake.... It spawns you as a ghost of your character at the graveyard and when you go back to collect your body, you are no longer in the vehicle of Ben and cannot complete the quest.

Description
A Bearer's duty is to carry souls through the veil to Oribos, where they shall be judged and passed along to one of the realms of the Shadowlands. This soul is ready to move on. During this trial, you will experience his final moments before his death. When you are prepared, you shall see how this soul passed.
