as of today 03.23.2023 the mission is subject to bugs. After contacting blizzard support, the GM (Nhelteriox) proceeded to solve the problem by completing the mission himself, also confirming the presence of a known bug reported by other players.

the bug consists of a crash of the video game due to a problem related to excessive memory use.

Sorry for my eng :)

no, today we get a new answer from another GM (Zhamadur) and he says there is a bug in spanish and italian client so, he suggests to change client language in english (for example), log in and close the quest and then returns the client language. (sorry for my eng). This is probably why everyone who doesn't have the client in Italian or Spanish doesn't encounter the bug (like you).

Description

The Winterpelt finally trust us enough to ask for aid. We must nurture this trust so we may one day clasp their paws in friendship! This Winterpelt, Jyrra of the, uh, Fuzzy Feet, says their elders went into hiding during the Primalist attack on their village. I don't yet understand their language, but it seems the elders left markers to help the clan find them later. It's time to let the Winterpelt elders know it's safe to come home. Will you convey this message? It seems a simple enough task.
