This is part of a quest chain in which the player aids Kalecgos (the new blue dragon aspect) in finding Azuregos and protecting him from the black dragonflight. It spans much of the land of Azshara and is composed of many quests, several of which are completely original in their concepts.

Description

Azuregos... Azuregos. Azy? The dragon? We're friends, definitely! Taught me to speak. Said he liked my hue... kinda colorist, eh? Don't remember where he went. Mmm... maybe something to help my memory? I plant Kawphi plants all over the beach. They like sand. Kinda weird. Could you go collect some?
