The easiest spot for this is at 57.86, 47.62 (on top of the mushroom).
There is a spore which circles the gap between this mushroom and the next one.

Route to get up:

Jump on the Bouncy Mushroom at 55.08, 47.49 and glide to the mushroom directly in front.
Jump on the next Bouncy Mushroom at 55.37, 46.71 and glide to the bigger mushroom directly in front.
Dodge the 2 lashers in the middle and run to 57.86, 47.62 (make sure you time it right as the spore flies between).

You can repeat the same spore 4 times to finish this god awful quest.

Description

Now, practice using aerospores. They're up there too if you know where to look. Use them to shoot through the air! You'll need to bounce on mushrooms to get up to the spores and see them. Once you're up there, pass through some aerospores and find out what they do!
