TheWoWDBI picked up this quest at some point, possibly on Naigtal. Then I went on vacation. Now I can buy the bandages on heroic Val, but the questgiver is nowhere to be seen. I dropped the quest, but can't pick it up again. I do not have this quest progress toward the achievement. Does the quest need to be picked up, and or turned in, on Naigtal?

Quest is bugged, i bought bandages and wanted to turn in the quest, but the question mark was only on the minimap. There was no npc which could end my quest.
