TheWoWDBI found these bones to be rather hard to see; I put a screenshot up here showing what they look like. In this screenshot I'm standing at 62.4, 23.7 in Tiragarde Sound and facing slightly southwest (mostly west). It's on top of the hill where Azurethos is (the bird boss for the BfA world quest), like almost right under her. As Heldamon has very helpfully remarked here, if you can't see the bones at all then logging out and back in might help.
YodasEvilTwin has helpfully pointed out that if you are on a horde character and have not opened up the quetsline to travel to Tiragarde Sound, then it may be possible to reach this area via the Mechagon Portal found in Oribos and then taking the flight master from there. I have not tried this personally, however.

Description
The time has come for us to rekindle another animal spirit. While appearing normal to you, and to the great winged creature that ate it, this creature was in fact somewhat special among its kind. You should travel to its grisly resting place and commune with its spirit so that it may join us in the conservatory.
