If you are looking for the "Restored Abyssal Focus", this isn't an item you get in your inventory or bags. The Abyssal Focus is the name of the crafting station itself. Once you complete this quest, it allows you to now craft 410 ilvl pieces at the Abyssal Focus. If you are having trouble crafting items, double check your character's positioning. The crafting station is to the left of the quest turn in NPC. If you are at the quest NPC still, take a few steps to the left and head over to the crafting station and you should now be able to craft your gear.
To acctually start this quest, you need to find item called Broken Power Core [item=169320] , its located at 37, 38 in nazjatar.

Description
I believe, {name}, we can use this thing to make our armor stronger. By redirecting its power, we can take the strength of our crafts to a new level. But we're getting ahead of ourselves. The first thing we need to do is repair this device. It'll require some powerful materials to fix it, and those are usually carried by the stronger creatures of this region. However, Finder Pruc is great at collecting materials like the ones we need. I'd check with him to see what he's got.
