This is the most annoying form of timegating
Anyone who actually defends this and thinks it's good game design is lying to themselves.

What to do
Description
Ashvane won't trouble us for now, but our situation remains perilous. I must consider our next move, {name}. In the meantime we should continue to build upon our relationship with our new allies, the Unshackled. Test them in combat, train them while you can, we will need their aid in the battles to come. We will show them that through unity there are no obstacles that can stand in our way.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
