TheWoWDBThis item can only be looted from the heroic version of the instance and all dungeon quests from the Tavern/Inn now require you to kill the last boss in each instance also.
If you are as geared as you can be and/or don't really want to run heroics, you can also complete the dungeon on normal and still get credit for the boss kill required. You then just extend the heroic lockout and run back in on heroic to collect the item.

Anyone have issues turning this in? Gamon is not in my inn. The question mark shows up in the middle of my garrison by the bonfire but, when I go over there he is not there and the question mark disappears.

I, Gamon, have cleaved many orc skulls. Yet many of the iron horde remain, full of limbs and blood. I will relieve them of these things! Or I would, if I had an axe. The last one broke in half in the middle of an orc's ribcage. <Gamon laughs heartily.> Bring me another, so that I may continue cleaving my way through this land!
