If you are unable to turn the dungeon quest in at your Garrison Inn, you may have missed the last boss for the dungeon. A display issue caused these quests to show as complete before the final dungeon boss was defeated. Follow the steps below to resolve the display issue on your client:
- Open the Battle.net app and select World of Warcraft on the left-side of the app.
- Click the Options dropdown menu and select Show in Explorer.
- Double-click the World of Warcraft folder.
- Delete the Cache folder.
- Restart World of Warcraft.
The Lunarfall Inn and Frostwall Tavern quest NPCs may not all be present at the same time when handing in a large amount of quests. Leaving the garrison area and then returning will change which NPCs are there, and you should be able to hand in your quests.
