He's outside. From the inside of the Heart of the Forest enclave, take the 3:00 o'clock exit (East Exit) shown on the map. Stop at the end of the ramp where it meets the cobblestone open area. Look to your left. You'll see the large renown quest marker over the head of [npc=165951].Coords: 48.3, 52.5

Description
While we await word from Huln, another matter of importance has arisen. Bwonsamdi has returned to Ardenweald. Lord Herne believes he is here to request an audience with the Winter Queen. The loa of death, however, pursues a different purpose. One that I have glimpsed in my dreams. Meet with Bwonsamdi. Discover what fate has in store for the both of you.
