TheWoWDBBE CAREFUL! It's not the end of the world, as these weapons all become purchasable after selecting an intial reward, but this quest allows you to choose ANY proficiency cosmetic item, but you can only LEARN it if you are able to use it. Pretty lame that they let my hunter choose a 2h mace but then I can't right click it to add to my collection...and it's not battle.net account bound. Feels bad, since they were only melee weapons offered and I didnt really care for any of the polearms.

I suspect that with War Within release you can only now get this ( and previous quests) once. I happened to have a token left in my bags and used it. now even chars that have only just hit 70 cannot get any of the pre-quests and the items are for sale
