The absolute best way that I've found to farm these is to hop in the TR-06 Pummeler mech where you spawn in, and head to Gravesludge's cave in the storm/tempest phase. The volatile juice and congealed kul'tirans respawn very quickly and die super fast under a hail of bullets.
Drop rate is nasty....so far I only got 2 of 50 while in the storm killed tons of mobs and that found chests ...only got 2 ..this is BS...

Description
<Bargus holds up a tiny splinter of golden crystal.> Much like the radiant remnants found by the Arathi within Hallowfall, the Siren Crystal appears to be effecting the surrounding geological matrix of the island. Unlike our goblin compatriots, I don't recommend harvesting the larger shards we've seen around the isle, lest we disturb the fragile caverns beneath us or offend the Arathi. But these tiny splinters are worth investigating. Bring me a sizable portion. For... experimental purposes.
