Kill 12 kobyss "Aquacalypse failed." wut?
Seems impossible to complete right now.

Quest would not complete until I did the quest "Reclaiming Velhan's Claim," where you kill 12 kobyss, just like the WQ, and leaving and coming back.

I got the same message, but when I flew a fair bit away and then came back a couple of times, it eventually auto-completed. In my case, I believe it failed to complete because I already had 100 coffer key shards, and the world quest was giving 25 as a reward.
