Available after completing Cooking With Style, the last quest in the [storyline=5563] storyline.
Rewards [item=225894].
Also rewards 500 reputation with [faction=2570].
This is a one-time Warband bonus.

The order of the questline seems to be wrong on Wowhead: I had to do the quests "Eagle Eye, Eagle Die", "Full Dress" and "Cooking With Style" before I could do this quest. So this quest is actually the last in the questline.
