Strategy and Mob Percentages
This quest is pretty straightforward, just kill the NPCs and free slaves. [npc=88210] is a special NPC that awards the most progress, he is attackable when you kill 15 mobs that spawn around him.

This quest can be done ridiculously fast.

At the Gorian Proving Grounds there is a building @ 58,15 with one elite in it who dies surprisingly fast.

Inside the building are 4 slave posts that respawn within 10 seconds and give 4% completion each.

Kill the elite, stay inside the building for 1 minute and you are done !

Easiest 800 Apexis Crystals ever.

You seem to unlock the quest during Garrison Campain: The Ring of Blood.
After handing in the follow up How tough are you? I was given the "Dominate the Gorian Proving Grounds" quest bar.

It was NOT Apexis Bonus Week, when I did this!
