You need to kill [npc=136616] or [npc=136614] or [npc=136615] and then use your extra action button to cast [spell=268338] to collect azerite from the corpses.
They get affected by [spell=268335] after that before despawning. That way you know which ones you can and cannot use.If a mob is killed both alliance and horde can syphon the mob at the same time.
How do you do this quest? I am at the world quest Azurite Madness, killing the mobs but I don't have "Heart of Azeroth". Getting so tired of broken quests.
