Azerite Mining quest takes place
in different zones on different days, so YMMV!

For the location in NE Drustvar, you are looking for a hole in the ground to enter a cave!

/way Drustvar 58.0, 54.1 Cave Entrance

Head ESE and walk down into the cave.

If you have the misfortune to die, you may have a tough time relocating the hole while you are dead!
I finally gave up and did a PAID ressurection which made things a lot easier...

For Alliance players trying to get to the Northern quest area on Zuladar:

I don't (yet) have any flight paths to the West of the quest, so I started at Nessingwary's Trek and headed West. You have to run/ sneak/ fight your way through the ginormous Zandalari camp and through to the rope bridge on the other side.

From there, follow the track, passing two small hostile groups on the way (the first one contains trainees, so if you see those, you know that you are one the right path), until you reach the top of the mountain.
