You can find Ulfar's Den if you go north from Arom's Stand along the east mountain.
Eventually you'll come to a path to the other side of the mountain where the den is.Or you can follow the road to the north-east and when you see a broken carriage, go 10-20 yards strait and you will see a road to the right

Description
I cannot change your mind, can I? Very well, I may know where you can find your answers. High in the mountains, there is a hidden alcove of impossibly verdant growth. It is there that the druids of Kul Tiras train in the old ways of the Drust - from before the time of Gorak Tul. Their leader is a great bear named Ulfar. I know little about him, but few are more qualified to parse the magic of the Drust. You will find a path to his den along Highroad Pass. Good luck, Inquisitor.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Of Myth and Fable
If Jaina is truly trapped in the Blighted Lands, that could mean we're not too late! We just need to find a way inside... We will need to enlist the help of Lucille Waycrest. The legends of that place are deeply rooted in Drustvar's culture. If anyone would know more about it, it would be she.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Nightmare Catcher
The effigies crafted by the followers of Gorak Tul were made not of wood, but of the bones and sinew of their enemies. This will be your first task. Travel to Gol Osigr where the ancient Drust have awoken from their slumber.
